This is one of the hardest awards to get. Extensive vetting is done in order for you to even qualify for the award, then an international panel of judges votes on who will be awarded for the year. Maybe the best sign of how hard it is to get this award is that the year we received the Silver Board Award, Gold award was no event awarded.
