It is my great pleasure to provide this Reference Letter on behalf of Vladimir Kopric.


My name is Marko Marinkovic, and I'm a co-founder of COPRIX Media LLC in Serbia.

COPRIX MEDIA is one of the first startups founded in Serbia.

Mr. Kopric and I founded it ten years ago. For years, COPRIX Media has been one of the leading startups in Serbia and the Balkans.


COPRIX Media is an EdTech company that creates innovative and fun learning systems and

applications. COPRIX Media won countless prestigious awards, including "Silver Board" at the "45th International Fair for Equipment and Aids for Contemporary learning and teaching". These awards are known as one of the most important awards in Serbia and are notoriously hard to get and the year COPRIX Media was awarded the “Silver Board” award, “Golden Board” was not even awarded.


In addition, more than 200 schools used our applications among thousands of users outside

schools in Serbia, the Balkans, and the U.S.

Due to Vladimir's expertise that led to COPRIX Media's international success, we were invited to join European Horizon 2020 successful project "ARCHES - Accessible Resources for Cultural Heritage EcoSystems." as subject matter experts to help with the research, development & standards setting for mobile and web applications for people with special needs across four European countries.


I met Mr. Kopric 20 years ago while working on a distribution partnership deal with the

companies we were employed at the time. Immediately I recognized his high entrepreneurship skill set and talent that allowed for easy and seamless closing of deals.

Therefore I was more than willing to co-found COPRIX Media with him once given the

opportunity. Since then, he has been one of the most professional colleagues and co-founders I have ever worked with, and I regularly consult with him on critical matters on various other efforts.


I can personally attest that Mr. Kopric's knowledge and the lead role were crucial for the

success of COPRIX Media.

His day-to-day involvement in decision-making for attracting & signing high-profile customers and partners has proven as a winning strategy.


He implemented a "2 step education first" policy in our sales cycle, which focused on creating and providing free, ministry of education authorized, regularly scheduled training seminars for teachers.

This first step (training) significantly improved the technical capabilities of preschool and

elementary school teachers while allowing them to get to know our educational applications.

The second step included a demo version that they could quickly implement in the classrooms immediately after the training and get practical results with students.


In an ancient and rigid textbook sales vertical, where publishers were pushing reprints of books to teachers and students, this new policy was instrumental in creating a new market of gamified interactive teaching aids and innovative technologies. Vladimir significantly shorted negotiations and eased the process of top-down sales to school boards and principals since the teachers were already accustomed to the product and had positive results and experiences from the demo units in the classrooms; implementation was effortless for the schools.


Furthermore, Vladimir arranged for and held weekly updates and talks with potential

international investors, which enabled COPRIX media to easily secure additional funding when needed for the next step in company development.


In addition, Vladimir's passion and dedication to attracting and hiring top-performing talent and his active participation in monthly performance reviews for grooming the team and the product have kept COPRIX media lean in every situation. His direct involvement in hiring every employee and his excellent judgment built our fantastic team; he was responsible for making it a success.


He successfully led the company from ideation to partnerships with larger companies like

Telenor, Apple, CISCO, and many others. His expert knowledge guided the company and team to the successful closure of three critical projects (Innovation Fond, H2020 ARCHES, and Telenor National Schools project). In addition, during his position as Managing Director,

COPRIX raised more than 500.000 USD in funding. His work ethic, dedication, ability to lead the company and team through effective communication, and ability to learn continuously were helping me, and our colleagues stay motivated and efficiently execute our tasks.


Had it not been for Mr. Kopric's extraordinary abilities in Entrepreneurship, COPRIX Media

would not have become so successful as it is.

All mentioned forces the idea that Mr. Kopric is solid in his commitment to the startup and

entrepreneurship industry and will be an indispensable asset to the U.S.
